Project Summary

The Company’s flagship project is the advanced Kada Gold Project in eastern Guinea. Guinea remains one of the most under-explored countries in West Africa. Asara has outlined a Mineral Resource of 30.30Mt at 0.95g/t gold for 923,000oz, the majority of which is shallow oxide-transitional gold mineralisation. Asara is focused on growing the Mineral Resource.

Asara is focused on growing the Mineral Resource. Most of the >100km² project area remains under-explored and there is considerable upside for the discovery of additional oxide gold mineralisation. Asara has developed a pipeline of prospects at Kada to continue growing the resource, including Sounkou in the south, Bereko South and Sadan.

Highlights

Under-explored by Newmont

Multiple, broad oxide gold zones confirmed along a N-S structural corridor.

Mineral Resource is Just the Start

Mineral Resource of 30.30Mt at 0.95g/t gold for 923,000 ounces over only 1.4km of strike; 58% of the Mineral Resource is shallow, higher-grade oxide-transitional material.

40% of the oxide gold is now drilled to an Indcated classification.

Exceptional Exploration Upside

MRE area only covers 11% of 15km bedrock gold anomaly, with multiple targets identified to expand gold inventory.

Attractive Mining Attributes

Mineral Resource is predominately comprised of soft, potentially free-digging oxide material, which is also free-milling with gold recoveries up to 97% and suitable for conventional CIL processing.
